Did you know that working in closed spaces without natural light can lead to sleep disturbances?
There are a number of factors that lead to the disruption of the sleep-wake rhythm by affecting the level of melatonin in the body: age, changing the time zone, working at night or carrying out the activity under conditions of artificial lighting for a long time.
Scientific studies have shown that permanent users of hypnotics were able to replace the usual sleeping pills with melatonin, leading to a substantial improvement in the quality of sleep. The oral administration of melatonin is thus recommended for solving sleep disorders related to: age, working at night or in spaces without natural light, biorhythm disruption caused by time zone differences.
BienDormir EXPRESS contains a complex of standardized natural extracts and melatonin that contribute to inducing the state of relaxation necessary for sleep and improves its quality, ensuring the functioning of the body in optimal conditions.

Chamomile is native to northeastern Europe and has been used as a medicinal plant since ancient times. Traditional medicine uses chamomile as a remedy in states of agitation, restlessness, sleep disorders. In the last 30 years, special attention has been paid to scientific research on chamomile, the results of the studies confirming the properties attributed to the traditional medicine plant. The active substance responsible for the sedative and anxiolytic effect is now known, namely apigenol. The action of apigenol results in a state of relaxation that contributes to sleep. The calming effect of chamomile is potentiated by simultaneous administration with passionflower.
Passiflora is native to Central America and is used by the indigenous population in states of nervousness and in case of difficulty falling asleep. Modern medicine recommends the use of passionflower preparations in states of neurasthenia, nervous exhaustion, insomnia, stress, anxiety.
