Symptomatic local treatment of pain and inflammation in adults:
- muscular or osteoarticular of rheumatic origin;
- in the case of post-operative and post-traumatic edemas (for example, sprains);
- muscular or osteoarticular of a traumatic nature (mild injuries of tendons, muscles, ligaments, etc.).
1 gram of gel contains diclofenac sodium 10 mg.
It also contains levomenthol, carbomer 980, triethanolamine, ethanol 96%, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, n-propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, purified water.
It is administered only to adults, 3-4 times a day, at the level of the affected area. The dose administered for each application varies depending on the surface of the affected area, being approximately 2-4 g of gel (corresponding to approximately 5-10 cm of gel). In order to absorb the gel, a light and prolonged massage is performed on the painful and/or inflamed area. With the exception of some strictly recommended cases, in the case of soft tissue trauma or abarticular rheumatism, the gel should not be used for more than 14 days, and in the case of arthritis pain, for a period longer than 28 days.
