Eating in excess can lead to difficulty in digestion, manifested by gastric discomfort, nausea, bloating, and a feeling of fullness.
- Amylase is the most important enzyme that breaks the chemical bonds of carbohydrates to the stage of dextrin and oligosaccharides.
- Protease intervenes in the digestion of proteins in food to the amino acid stage, simple molecules that can be easily assimilated by the body.
- Lipase ensures the digestion of animal and vegetable fats to the level of fatty acids and monoacylglycerol and improves the digestive power of the other enzymes.
- Glucoamylase continues the action of amylase, breaking the dextrin chains to simple glucose molecules.
- α-Galactosidase plays a particularly important role in the digestion of complex carbohydrates, glycolipids and glycoproteins, reducing bloating.
- Lactase digests lactose in milk and dairy products into galactose and glucose, simple sugars that are easily absorbed by the body.
- Cellulase helps digest cellulose – insoluble fiber found in fruits, vegetables, cereals.
- Invertase acts on sucrose, which it splits into glucose and fructose.
- Bromelain is a complex of proteolytic enzymes of plant origin that supports the action of protease.
- Bovine bile supplements the amount of bile acids and salts.
- Ginger extract aids digestion, facilitating the transit of food through the upper segment of the digestive tract and stimulating the activity of several digestive enzymes
- contains 9 natural enzymes, pancreatin, ox bile and ginger
- sugar-free
Interactions
Due to the ginger extract content, concomitant use with oral anticoagulants may increase their effect.
