More details about the ingredients
Menopause is a natural stage in a woman's life, characterized by a deficit in the secretion of estrogen hormones. Menopause usually occurs between the ages of 40 and 55, manifesting itself through irregular menstrual cycles, up to their absence.
Due to hormonal changes, at menopause the woman faces a series of somatic disorders such as hot flashes, night sweats, the tendency to gain weight, decreased libido and vaginal atrophy. These disorders affect almost half of menopausal women, and for some of them, these disorders are intolerable.
Hormonal imbalance leads to mental disorders such as irritability, easy crying, difficult interpersonal relationships, depressive states and cognitive disorders such as changes in attention, memory, decreased ability to concentrate and the development of inferiority complexes.
During the onset of menopause, the combination of Cimicifuga racemosa and Vitex agnus-castus has positive effects on hot flashes, night sweats and sleep disorders.
Scientific studies have shown that Cimicifuga racemosa reduces menopause symptoms with the same intensity as synthetic hormone replacement therapy (Nappi RE. Gynecol Endocrinol, 2005 Jan; 20(1):30-5).
Rhodiola rosea significantly relieves anxiety, stress and other negative emotional states, and lemon balm induces a state of relaxation and calm, necessary to restore emotional balance.
Scientific studies have shown that Rhodiola rosea has antidepressant action (Darbinyan V. et al. Nord J Psychiatry, 2007; 61(5):343-8).
Vitamin B6 is often called the "anti-stress" vitamin because it reduces the negative effects of stress on the nervous system, helping to regulate sleep and good mood.
1-2 capsules per day, for 3-6 months, depending on the body's response and the evolution of the manifestations.
The beneficial effects of the product appear after about two weeks from the start of administration.
