Prosinus® powder for oral solution is indicated in adults (including the elderly) and children 12 years of age and older for the relief of flu and cold symptoms, including relief of muscle pain, headache, pharyngeal pain, decongestion of the nose and blocked sinuses and reduction temperature and chills.
The active substances are: paracetamol and phenylephrine hydrochloride. A 4 g single-dose sachet with powder for oral solution contains paracetamol 600 mg and phenylephrine hydrochloride 12.2 mg (equivalent to phenylephrine base 10 mg). The other components are: ascorbic acid, sucrose (sugar), anhydrous citric acid, sodium citrate, sodium saccharin (E 954), aspartame (E 951), lemon flavor type 1013043 (flavoring preparations, natural flavoring substances, dextrose, acacia gum , maltodextrin, butylhydroxyanisole (E 320), colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide.
Adults (including the elderly) and adolescents over 12 years old. It is recommended to administer the contents of one envelope every 4-6 hours. No more than 5 envelopes should be administered in 24 hours. The medicine should not be used for more than 3 days, without the doctor's recommendation.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a cup of boiling water (approximately 250 ml) and drink when it reaches an optimal temperature.
