It is indicated in the treatment of inflammatory or post-traumatic diseases of the joints and soft tissues, dislocations, sprains, contusions, muscle strains, meniscus diseases, tenosynovitis, contractures, hematomas.

1 gram of gel contains piroxicam 5 mg, lidocaine 20 mg, cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride 5 mg.
It also contains carbopol 980, triethanolamine, d-panthenol, ethanol 96%, propylene glycol, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, n-propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, purified water.

It is administered to adults and children over 15 years of age.
It is applied to the painful surface; the recommended dose is 0.5-1 g of gel (approximately 3-4 cm) 2 times a day and massage gently until it fully penetrates the skin. The duration of the treatment depends on the type of the condition and the clinical evolution.
