Composition
Ingredients: lactose monohydrate, passion flower extract, California poppy extract, melatonin, anticaking agents (talc, magnesium stearate)

Dosage and administration
Adults: 1 capsule daily, 30-60 minutes before bedtime; afterward, lying in bed is recommended.

- Bien Dormir Forte capsules may be continuously administered for 8 weeks if this treatment period is followed by a 4 weeks intermission. Afterwards, the treatment can be started again.
