Emetix®, sucking tablets
Short description
Emetix is a unique combination of vitamin B6 and ginger extract standardized in gingerol.
Ginger, a well-known spice, is also used as digestive tonic. Through its content in gingerol, the ginger extract favors the gastric emptying toward the intestine, thus removing one of the causes which contributes to abdominal discomfort after overeating.
Vitamin B6 is well known for its benefic action in the nervous system functioning.

Composition
Sweetener (sorbitol), ginger extract, talc, magnesium stearate, sweetener (Stevia rebaudiana extract), pyridoxine hydrochloride, mint oil.
- Dry ginger (Zingiber officinalis) extract from rhizomes, standardized in gingerols - 15.0 mg/tablet
- Vitamin B6 - 2.0 mg/tablet (142.8% NRV*)

Dosage and administration
- Children over 6 years: 1 tablet when needed but not more than 3 tablets daily.
- Adults: 2 tablets when needed, but not more than 8 tablets daily.
It is recommended to administer the product with half an hour before travelling. A new dose can be administrated after 4 hours.
The tablet can be swallowed or slowly melted in mouth.
In children between 3 and 5 years, the product can be administrated as follow: 1 tablet when needed but not more than 3 tablets daily. The crushed tablet can be administrated with water.

Recommendations
The concomitant usage with anticlotting agents, may increase their effect.
