Short description
Relieving the hemorrhoids and anal fissures symptoms.
Indications
It is indicated in short-therm symptomatic treatment of external hemorrhoids, anal and perianal itching, anitis and perianitis, recititis, cryptitis, anal papillitis, acute hemorrhoidal thrombosis, anal and perianal fissures.
Advantages
The product contains three active substances that synergistically acts and thus the product presents a broad spectrum of therapeutic actions: anesthetic local (and implicitly analgesic), anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, emollient, astringent and decongestant. Hydrocortisone and lidocaine act mainly on the symptoms relief, whereas the combination between zinc and dexpanthenol from cream base favours the reepithelization and healing of the tissue.
Composition
1 gram of cream contains hydrocortisone acetate 10 mg, lidocaine 20 mg and zinc oxide 50 mg.
Also contains dexpantenol, propylene glycol, liquid paraffin, stearic acid, cetostearyl alcohol (type A) emulsifying, cetostearyl polyoxyethylene 20 ether, cetostearyl polyoxyethylene 12 ether, purified water.

Dosage and administration
Apply the cream 3-4 times a day, in first day of treatment. The frequency of cream applications decreases depending on the evolution and severity of the disease. The duration of treatment should not exceed 7 days.
