Triple attack on muscle and joint pain!
Indications
It is indicated in the treatment of joints and soft tissues inflammatory and post-traumatic conditions, strains, sprains, contusions, muscle strains, meniscus injuries, tenosynovitis, contractures, superficial hematomas.
Advantages
The only product for topical application containing three substances to combat pain through three different mechanisms:
• Piroxicam – anti-inflammatory effect
• Lidocaine – anesthetic
• Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride – tryciclic analgesic (common mechanism with local anesthetics and antiserotoninic local action)
The gel form allows the administration without massage, with a particular benefit in the case of traumatic conditions where intense pain does not allow the massage.

Composition
1 gram of gel contains piroxicam 5 mg, lidocaine 20 mg, cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride 5 mg.
Also contains carbopol 980, trolamine, d-panthenol, ethanol 96%, propylene glycol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, purified water.

Dosage and administration
It is recommended in adults and children over 15 years of age.
The product should be applied on painful area and gently rubbed until complete skin penetration. The recommended dose is 0.5 – 1 g gel (equivalent to 3 – 4 cm length of gel) two times daily. The length of the treatment depends on the type of the condition and clinical evolution.
