Short description
Cream indicated in the treatment of corticosensitive dermatoses.
Indications
Treatment of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses when complicated by secondary infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to the ingredients of this dermatological medicine or when the possibility of such infections occurrence is suspected.
Advantages
This cream combines the anti-inflammatory, anti-pruritic and vasoconstrictive actions of betamethasone dipropionate with the broad-spectrum antifungal activity of clotrimazole and the broad-spectrum antibiotic activity of gentamicin sulfate.
Composition
1 gram of cream contains betamethasone dipropionate 0.643 mg, gentamicin sulfate 1.54 mg and clotrimazole 10 mg.
Also contains propylene glycol, liquid paraffin, Lanette Wax AO, octyldodecanol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216), purified water.

Dosage and administration
A thin layer of cream should be applied to cover completely the affected and surrounding skin areas, twice daily, in the morning and at night. For treatment to be effective, this cream should be applied regularly. Shall not be used occlusive dressings. Duration of therapy varies depending upon the extent and location of disease and patient response.
